氧气底吹转炉吹炼高钒铁水具有钒氧化率高回收率高,吹炼过程顺行,不喷、不粘、半钢合乎炼钢要求,钒渣V_2O_5品位高,炉衬寿命高等工艺特性且吹钒综合指标良好。它为“含钒钢渣返回高炉富集—火法炼钒铁流程”（简称:单渣返回流程）打通了道路,并给火法提钒提供了一个崭新的工艺方案。 本文阐述了氧气底吹转炉吹钒冶金规律。探讨了钒一碳选择性氧化临界温度的热力学计算,认为按反应产物为FeO·V_2O_3的公式来估算钒一碳选择性氧化临界温度更适合于吹钒实践。选择了适宜的吹炼温度制度及冷却制度。 讨论了动力学条件对脱钒的影响及增碳措施对去钒保碳,提高钒渣质量的效用。
