本院自1976年6月至1992年5月收治晚期血吸虫病1724例,伴发肝癌26例(1.5％),慢性血吸虫病7033例,伴发肝癌4例(0.5％)。晚期血吸虫病和慢性血吸虫病的诊断标准按《血吸虫病防治手册》(中华人民共和国卫生部地方病防治司.血吸虫病防治手册.第1版.上海:上海科学技术出版社,1990:137—148)。肝癌按《实用内科学》中标准诊断。
From June 1976 to May 1992, our hospital admitted 1724 cases of advanced schistosomiasis, 26 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (1.5%), 7033 cases of chronic schistosomiasis, and 4 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (0.5%).
