为提升施工技术水平,规范工程建设工法的管理,住房城乡建设部日前修订并印发了《工程建设工法管理办法》,原办法同时废止。新办法明确其适用范围包括工法的开发、申报、评审和成果管理。工法分为房屋建筑工程、土木工程、工业安装工程3个类别,按照企业级、省(部)级和国家级3个级别管理。其中,申报国家级工法应满足的条件为:已公布为省(部)级工法;工法的关键性技术达到国内领先及以上水平;工法中采用的新技术、新工艺、新材料尚没有相
In order to improve the level of construction technology and standardize the management of engineering construction methods, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently revised and promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Engineering Construction Methods, and the original approach was repealed at the same time.
