振兴辽宁老工业基地是全面贯彻党的十六大、十六届三中、四中全会精神,全面建设小康社会的重要战略任务,辽宁省委省政府给予高度重视。本文经过深入民族自治地方,进行专门调查研究,对民族自治地方在振兴辽宁老工业基地中的重要地位、政治意义、目前存在问题、以及解决问题的措施与对策,形成了基本认识和建议。对加快民族自治地方经济发展具有一定的参考作用。
The revitalization of Liaoning’s old industrial base is an important strategic task of comprehensively implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC Congress, the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Party Central Committee and building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.
