为了探讨评估肾细胞癌 (RCC)预后指标 ,应用免疫组化法研究 6 0例 RCC中细胞粘附分子 CD1 5和 Bcl- 2蛋白表达及其相关关系。结果表明 ,在 RCC中 CD1 5和 Bcl- 2表达阳性率分别为 70 .0 %和 6 1 .7%。 CD1 5高表达与 RCC分级、分期和淋巴结转移有关。 Bcl- 2低表达与 RCC分级有关 ,与其分期和淋巴结转移无关。 CD1 5表达与 Bcl- 2表达呈负相关。结果提示 ,CD1 5表达是 RCC发生、发展和转移的指标 ,Bcl- 2是 RCC发生的早期事件。
To investigate the prognostic indicators of renal cell carcinoma (RCC), immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of CD15 and Bcl-2 proteins in 60 RCC patients and their correlation. The results showed that the positive rates of CD1 5 and Bcl-2 expression in RCC were 70.0% and 61.7%, respectively. CD1 5 overexpression is associated with RCC classification, staging and lymph node metastasis. Low expression of Bcl-2 is associated with RCC classification, but not with its stage and lymph node metastasis. CD1 5 expression was negatively correlated with Bcl-2 expression. The results suggest that CD1 5 expression is an indicator of the occurrence, development and metastasis of RCC. Bcl-2 is an early event in RCC.
