本文采用消痔灵注射液成功地创建了大鼠前列腺纤维增生性炎症病理模型,观察中药前列腺汤对其影响。光学显微镜显示:给药组大鼠前列腺间质炎细胞浸润及纤维母细胞增生程度均轻于给水组。透射电镜结果表明:给药组的腺细胞表面分泌颗粒及腺腔内金属颗粒样物质(包括 Zn)均明显增加,胞浆内溶酶体增多。实验从细胞和亚细胞水平的结构变化为前列腺汤减轻炎症反应和纤维组织增生提供了客观依据。
This article successfully established the pathological model of prostatic fibroproliferative inflammation in rats using Xiaozhiling injection, and observed the effect of traditional Chinese medicine prostate soup on it. Light microscopy showed that the extent of prostatic mesenchymal cell infiltration and fibroblast proliferation in the treated group was lighter than that of the water supply group. Transmission electron microscopy results showed that the surface secretory granules of glandular cells in the administration group and metal granule-like substances (including Zn) in the glandular cavity increased significantly, and lysosomes in the cytoplasm increased. The experiment provided an objective basis for prostate soup to reduce inflammatory reactions and fibrous tissue proliferation from structural changes at the cellular and subcellular levels.
