本文研究了采用提取容量法,离子对萃取—分光光度法,改良异羟肟酸铁比色法和高效液相色谱法,分别测定川乌、附片中生物碱含量。评价各法在药品质量控制方面的适用性。
In this paper, the extraction volume method, ion-pair extraction-spectrophotometry, modified hydroxamate colorimetry and high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the content of alkaloids in Chuanwu and Fushen tablets. Evaluate the applicability of each method in drug quality control.
