病毒性肝炎免疫发病机理是近年进展很快的研究课题之一。机体免疫调节和免疫损伤在其中具有很重要的作用。本文复习了有关肝炎免疫调节和免疫损伤的文献。乙型病毒性肝炎,尤其是慢性活动性肝炎的免疫病理错综复杂,我们现在还不可能来阐明其发病机制,但是我们至少已经明了其中一些很重要的事实。例如,免疫紊乱是引起肝细胞损害的重要原因,细胞毒反应使肝炎迁延不愈等。检测细胞免疫反应有助于我们了解肝炎的病程及其预后。我们相信对此的深入研究,不但能使我们真正了解病毒性肝炎的发病
The pathogenesis of viral hepatitis is one of the research topics that has been progressing rapidly in recent years. Body immune regulation and immune damage play a very important role. This article reviews the literature on immunomodulation and immune damage in hepatitis. It is not yet possible to elucidate the pathogenesis of Hepatitis B, especially chronic active hepatitis, but we have at least some very important facts that have been clarified. For example, immune disorder is an important cause of liver cell damage caused by cytotoxic reaction delayed healing of hepatitis and so on. Detection of cellular immune response helps us understand the course of hepatitis and its prognosis.
