应用EPQ、CES-D、SAS-CR、SDS、生活事件量表五种心理自评量表、测定了消化性溃病33人,结果显示该类患者在EPQ中的N量表分及CES-D、SAS-CR、SDS分均较对照组高(P<0.01),但生活事件量表与对照组差异不显著。提示该类患者个性不良,且经常伴有焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪。该类疾病的发病可能与患者个性缺陷有关,心理紧张刺激仅起诱因作用。
The EPQ, CES-D, SAS-CR, SDS, Life Events Scale five psychological self-rating scale, the determination of peptic ulcer disease 33, the results showed that patients with EPQ in the N-scale and CES- D, SAS-CR and SDS scores were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the life event scale between the two groups. Tip of such patients with poor personality, and often accompanied by anxiety, depression, negative emotions. The incidence of such diseases may be related to patient personality defects, psychological stress stimuli only play a causal role.
