经过一番可以说是部分媒体几乎连篇累牍的轰炸式的“渲染”之后,关于“‘海归’变‘海待’”的报道以及有关“海归”与“海待”问题的探讨或者争论,目前进入了平静期。但是其所产生的社会影响和造成的社会舆论似乎一度让有些人对“海归”失去信心,“海归”的形象和在中国社会中的分量也似乎大打折扣。那么,“海归”在中国社会和人们心目中的分量真的下降了吗?“海归”在中国的未来又将如何?……结合这些问题,本文从历史和现实的角度进行了分析。
