近年来,高校专注于培养应用型音乐专业人才,为国家的精神文明建设输送人才,但是,现行的高校音乐教学存在一些问题,导致应用型专业人才的质量难以满足社会发展的需要。在这一背景下,文章对相关现象进行分析,并提出在众多的影响因素中,辅导员的角色起着重要作用。在应用型音乐专业人才的培养目标下,高校应增强专业教学能力、提高音乐专业学生的组织策划能力、完善器乐与声乐教学、重视教学体系改革,以培养适合国家发展需求的应用型音乐专业人才。
In recent years, universities have focused on training applied-type music professionals and delivering talent to the country’s spiritual civilization construction. However, there are some problems in the current university music teaching, which makes the quality of application-oriented professionals difficult to meet the needs of social development. In this context, the article analyzes the related phenomena and suggests that the counselor’s role plays an important role in many influencing factors. Under the goal of cultivating applied music professionals, colleges and universities should enhance professional teaching ability, improve the ability of organizing and planning music students, improve instrumental and vocal teaching, emphasize the reform of teaching system, and train applied music professionals who are suitable for the development of the country .
