在对20CrMnTi钢锻造齿坯普通正火处理的缺陷分析的基础上,试验研究了等温正火工艺参数对锻造齿坯的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,齿坯采用等温正火可获得均匀细小等轴状的珠光体和铁素体组织,硬度HB165~187,且沿截面分布较均匀。同时具有良好的切削加工性,可使齿轮渗碳淬火变形减小且有规律性。
Based on the analysis of defects in ordinary normalizing treatment of 20CrMnTi steel forged gear blank, the effects of isothermal normalizing parameters on microstructure and properties of forged gear blank were studied. The results show that the equiaxed normal pearlite and ferrite microstructure of the gear blank can be obtained with a hardness of HB165 ~ 187 and a uniform distribution along the cross section. At the same time has good machinability, can reduce the gear carburizing quenching and regularity.
