角膜穿通伤严重病例往往出现缝线自行松解或脱落,导致伤口再裂开,眼内容脱出和房水外溢,影响视功能恢复,严重者甚至需摘除眼球。我们用亲水软性角膜接触镜治疗一例角膜穿通伤,妆到了较好的效果。 患者,女,60岁。右眼角膜穿通伤,12～6点从行直裂口9mm,上下均近角膜缘,损及虹膜和晶状体,伴虹膜脱出,前房积血、角膜血染。在他院两次清创缝合,但伤口上2/3段仍裂开,虹膜脱出嵌顿,房水外溢,治疗20余天无效,拟做眼球摘除,遭患者拒绝,转来本院.
