刘××女55岁住院号91348 因右眼患慢性闭角型青光眼于1985年2月20日入院,既往无药物过敏史,全身体检及常规化验检查均正常。2月24日行小梁切除术,手术顺利。术后第一天上午换药见瞳孔较小,为预防虹膜后粘连,即给1%阿托品眼药水散瞳点眼,一日2次。患者于点药后当日即感下腹部疼痛,伴尿急、尿频(一日10次)。查体:膀胱区呈轻度压痛。检查尿常规结果:酸性,蛋白(一),镜检
