开发建设项目水土保持方案编制有效地控制了水土流失问题,进一步保护了生态环境。但随着近几年的发展,在开发建设项目水土保持方案的编制之上出现了诸多的问题,使得所编制的方案未能充分发挥环保和水土保持的作用。以下主要针对在编制方案过程当中必须要注意的几个问题,包括了方案编制不及时、设计精度不足等方面进行了分析。
