20世纪90年代中期以来,国际汽车工业产业结构调整步伐明显加快,汽车跨国联盟已成为世界汽车工业发展的潮流,通过兼并、控股重组和战略联盟等形式,基本形成了年产400万辆以上的通用、戴克、福特、丰田、大众、雷诺6大集团和本田、宝马、标致雪铁龙3个独立厂商的6+3格局,其产量已占世界汽车产量95%左右。在目前6+3的格局下,竞争结构和局面继续有所调整。
Since the mid-1990s, the adjustment pace of the industrial structure of the international automobile industry has obviously accelerated. The automobile multinational alliance has become the trend of the development of the automobile industry in the world. By means of mergers, holding and reorganization and strategic alliances, the auto-national alliance has basically formed an annual output of over 4 million 6 + 3 pattern of GM, Deck, Ford, Toyota, Volkswagen, Reynolds 6 Group and Honda, BMW and PSA Peugeot Citroën. Their output accounts for about 95% of the world’s automobile output. Under the current pattern of 6 + 3, the structure of the competition and the situation continue to be adjusted.
