一、专业技术人员继续教育存在的问题1.在观念上,重视高等学校的正规教育,歧视非正规的继续教育。企业的决策者和主管部门宁肯在需要的时候去买去请高校的毕业生和专家,也舍不得平时花钱培养自己需要的人才。他们往往把继续教育看作是应急型的岗位培训,急需了才组织人员办班,忽视了专业技术人员的长期营养补充。
