敦煌文献中三部比较完整的唐人案判残卷制作的时期、制作者的地位身份都不相同,仔细梳理,可以看到唐代判文的发展和文体功能从多重到单一的演变。
During the period of the three complete sets of Tang judgments and fouls produced in Dunhuang literary works, the status of producers was different. Carefully combing, we can see the development of prose in the Tang Dynasty and the evolution from stylistic to stylistic functions.
