全国建设科技委工作座谈会暨自主创新论坛于2006年5月25日至26日在广州市召开。建设部科技委常务副主任金德钧对建设科技委的工作和企业自主创新发表了讲话。明确了建设科技委今后一段时期的工作方向、工作目标,并就如何发挥科技委的行业服务作用,推动创新主体创新能力的提高进行了详尽阐述。本文根据金德钧同志讲话录音整理,略有删改。
The forum for the construction of national science and technology committee and independent innovation forum were held in Guangzhou from May 25 to 26, 2006. Jin Dejun, deputy director of the Ministry of Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Construction, delivered a speech on the work of CST and independent innovation of enterprises.
