国务院各部委、各直属机构,各有关外经贸企业,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市外经贸委(厅、局),机电商会,承包商会,各驻外经济商务机构:为保障我国与外国政府间项目的顺利实施,在国际上树立我们国家和企业的形象及信誉,我部制定了《关于我国企业参加由外国政府招(议)标的政府间项目的投(议)标资格审查暂行办法》。现将该《暂行办法》印发你们,请按照执行。
