3月25日,杭州历史上的第一场“西湖龙井高级炒茶技师职业资格”考试在近20位“炒茶王”中“开考”。4月2日,在杭州龙井八景景区举行的2008西湖龙井开茶节暨西湖国际茶文化博览会开幕式上,西湖风景名胜区西湖街道龙井村戚国伟(杭州西湖龙井茶叶有限公司董事长兼总经理)等16人,被评定为首批西湖龙井茶手工炒制“高级炒茶技师”、西湖龙井茶手工制作技艺传承人。
