今年五月,中国作协组织作家采风团重走长征路,我所在的长征出发地的江西作协参与接待来自全国各地的作家。生面孔很多,忙碌中一时也分不清谁是谁,而“葛水平”这个名字我此前闻所未闻。正式开会,主持人介绍到她时说2004年的中国小说是“葛水平年”,我除了隐约听得她来自山西,别的没有在意。一是因为地处落后老区,确实孤陋寡闻;二是因为多年来中国文坛各类标签的大师和超大师迭出,神经早已给弄得麻木不仁。开始注意葛水平是采风团到达江西的第二天,参观南昌八一起义指挥部旧址。这是一幢上世纪初的建筑,西式的外观,内里是中式的天井和门窗。我跑前跑后照应着,忽然看见葛水平独自静静地站在一长排深红的雕花木门前,紧窄的蜡染上衣和宽大的长裙,很是古典。眉眼定定的,像是发呆,却又透着灵动,莞尔一笑,把什么都看透彻了。正好我们省一个专业摄影走过,我赶紧让他拍下来。我希望镜头抓住的是一种我一时还说不清却极感触动的韵致。可惜也许因为匆忙,出来的照片却并不理想。
