应用 5 -羟色胺 (5 - HT)和 P物质 (SP)免疫组化方法 ,对 10例运动迟缓型便秘患者降结肠、乙状结肠和 8例“正常对照”组结肠进行观察 ,结果发现结肠粘膜下 5 - HT阳性细胞明显增多 ,而肠肌间神经丛 5 - HT增加不明显 ,SP阳性细胞减少 ,提示运动迟缓型便秘肠神经系统 5 - HT和 SP免疫反应的异常变化 ,可能是结肠迟缓性便秘的神经病理基础。
Using the methods of 5 - HT and SP SP immunohistochemical staining, the descending colon, sigmoid colon and the normal control group of 8 patients with exercise - retarding constipation were observed. The results showed that colon 5 - HT positive cells increased significantly, while the increase of 5 - HT in intestinal myenteric plexus was not obvious and the number of SP positive cells decreased.
