道德理性、情感和意志及其相互联系构成党员领导干部道德自律的基础条件。在社会转型时期,个别党员领导干部道德自律及其构成条件因“物质主义”、“工具理性”等社会思潮引发的挑战而遭受削弱。其根本原因在于“欲望”与“道德理性”之天平的失衡。社会转型期党员领导干部道德自律激励应以平衡“欲望”与“道德理性”之天平为着力点,探寻弘扬马克思主义政党崇高道德理性的路径。
Moral rationality, emotion and will and their interconnections constitute the basic conditions for the moral self-discipline of Party members and leading cadres. In the period of social transformation, the moral self-discipline of leading cadres of individual party members and their constitutional conditions have been weakened by the challenges posed by social ideological trends such as “materialism ” and “instrumental rationality ”. The fundamental reason lies in the imbalance of balance between “desire” and “moral rationality”. Moral self-discipline and motivation of the leading cadres should take the balance of “desire” and “moral rationality” as their focal point, and explore the path of promoting the lofty moral rationality of Marxist political parties.
