目的:观察和比较红丝线草醇提取物和酸水提取物对肾性高血压大鼠的血压及血清NO和NOS的影响。方法:结扎SD大鼠左肾动脉形成肾性高血压模型,手术成功后随机分为9组,分别为红丝线草醇提物及酸水提取物的高、中、低剂量组,卡托普利组,模型组,假手术组。灌胃给药3 w,于手术前及手术后第3周末、给药后第1、2、3周末测定血压;给药后第3周末采用经颈动脉插管采血,测血清NO、NOS。结果:动物造模成功3 w后,测得手术模型组血压较假手术组明显升高。红丝线草醇提取物组、红丝线草酸水提取物组、卡托普利组灌胃3 w后,NOS以及血清中NO浓度较模型组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:红丝线草醇提取物和酸水提取物对肾性高血压均有降压作用,且其作用机理相似,均与升高血清中NO浓度和NOS有关。
Objective: To observe and compare the effects of red silk alcohol extract and sour water extract on blood pressure and serum NO and NOS in renal hypertensive rats. Methods: The model of renal hypertension was established by ligating the left renal artery of SD rats. After successful operation, rats were randomly divided into 9 groups: high, medium and low dose groups Lee group, model group, sham operation group. Blood pressure was measured before and 3 weeks after surgery and at the end of the first, second and third weeks after the administration. Blood was taken from the carotid artery cannula at the third week after the administration, and serum NO and NOS were measured. Results: After 3 weeks of successful animal modeling, the blood pressure of the operation model group was significantly higher than that of the sham operation group. After 3 w of gavage, the concentration of NO in serum of NOS and serum increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Red silk alcohol extract and acid extract have antihypertensive effects on renal hypertension, and its mechanism of action is similar, both with elevated serum NO concentration and NOS.
