Hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Diplomacy has a history of 70 years. Its first issue was born in January 1941. The title was “propaganda and mobilization” and later renamed “under the banner of Lenin” and was promulgated under the auspices of the Central Committee of the Ukrainian Communist Party. The magazine of that period in history was characterized by a high degree of ideology while at the same time attracting many of the best Ukrainian authors. After Ukraine gained its independence, the magazine was transferred to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This makes it a publication devoted to international relations. Today, “diplomacy” is the only reader with a professional perspective
