中国是个历史悠久、多民族的国家,在各民族的发展交流及演化过程中,各民族之间的艺术文化交流是其中的一个重要组成部分。辽宁是个多民族的省份,众多少数民族广泛分布于全省,因独特的地理位置与民族分布特色,造就了独有的民族区域民族特色及文化特征。本文主要阐述通过人才引进的方式,来改善、激发民族文化的交流的热情,以及人才引进对辽宁省民族特色文化产业发展的关键。
China is a country with a long history and multi-ethnicities. During the development, exchange and evolution of various ethnic groups, the exchange of artistic and cultural among different ethnic groups is an important part of it. Liaoning is a multi-ethnic province. Many ethnic minorities are widely distributed throughout the province. Due to its unique geographical location and ethnic distribution, Liaoning has created unique ethnic characteristics and cultural characteristics.
