活塞式压缩机的进排气阀一般都做成自动作用的,即气缸的吸气与排气过程是基于气缸与进排气管口间的压力差而由阀来自动完成。如所周知,气体流过阀时的能量损失是压缩机的主要能量损失,此外,阀又是主要的易损件,因此,阀关系着压缩机的效率与工作可靠性。具体说来,正确设计与制造的阀,应当满足下列几个要求:(1)关闭时的气密性;(2)适时的开启与关闭;(3)较小的气流阻力;(4)足够的强度与耐磨性;(5)较小的死隙容积。
