[目的]为了探讨铅胁迫下硒对小白菜生理特性及对铅、硒吸收的影响,[方法]采用水培方式,研究不同质量浓度的硒对铅胁迫下小白菜生长、抗氧化酶及对铅、硒吸收的影响。[结果]当硒的质量浓度≤2.0 mg/L 时,对小白菜的生长有一定的促进作用,具体表现为小白菜株高、根长、地上部和地下部干质量以及叶绿素量均增加。低质量浓度硒(Se≤2.0 mg/L)显著降低了小白菜叶片和根中丙二醛(MDA)量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。铅硒复合处理下,小白菜地上部含铅量随外源硒量的增加先减少后增加,且当外源硒的质量浓度为 2.0 mg/L 时,小白菜地上部含铅量最低,地下部含铅量随外源硒量的增加先增加后减少。[结论]研究表明,2.0 mg/L 的硒能减缓铅对小白菜的胁迫,且效果最好,外源硒能促使铅富集在小白菜地下部,抑制铅向地上部的转运。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of selenium on the physiological characteristics and the absorption of lead and selenium in Chinese cabbage under lead stress. [Method] The effects of different concentrations of selenium on the growth, antioxidant enzyme Effect of lead and selenium absorption. [Result] When the concentration of selenium was lower than 2.0 mg / L, the growth of pakchoi was promoted to a certain extent. The results showed that the plant height, root length, aboveground and underground dry weight and chlorophyll content increased. Low concentration of selenium (Se≤2.0 mg / L) significantly reduced MDA and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity. Under lead and selenium complex treatment, the content of Pb in shoots of cabbage firstly decreased and then increased with the increase of exogenous selenium. When the concentration of exogenous selenium was 2.0 mg / L, the content of lead in cabbage was the lowest, Ministry of lead content with the increase of the amount of external selenium first increased and then decreased. [Conclusion] The results showed that 2.0 mg / L selenium could slow the stress of lead on Chinese cabbage, and the best effect could be obtained. Exogenous selenium could promote the enrichment of Pb in the underground of Chinese cabbage and inhibit the transport of lead to the shoot.
