为获得接近衍射极限发散角的铜激光，设计了共焦及平凹二种自滤波非稳腔并研究了它们的输出特性，分别获得了发散角为２．５倍及１．４倍衍射极限的铜激光．
In order to obtain the copper laser near the diffraction limit divergence angle, two kinds of confocal and plano-concave self-filtering unstable cavities were designed and their output characteristics were studied. The copper with the divergence angle of 2.5 times and 1.4 times the diffraction limit laser.
