人力资源管理一方面是对人力资源的充分发掘和合理利用,另一方面则是指对人力资源的培养和发展。通常,企业要做的就是两件事,一是抓准项目,二是用好人。如何将企业的员工用好、用活,不断的提升智力和激发活力,是国内外企业家们始终重视和研究的课题。根据清华大学郑晓明博士提出的人力资源管理的5P(识人、选人、用人、育人和留人)的模式,结合企业实际,从不同的视角提出当前企业在人力资源开发与管理中应注意解决的问题。
