实验研究证明黄连解毒汤对TNB或葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱发的结肠炎有抗炎作用。由于DSS诱发的小鼠结肠炎的形态变化与人溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床征象十分相似,所以此类小鼠结肠炎是研究人UC的很好模型。为了阐明黄连解毒汤中哪些生药具有抗炎作用,本次研究了黄连解毒汤各组成药味黄连、黄芩、黄柏、栀子对DSS诱发的鼠结肠炎的影响。
Experimental studies have shown that Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has anti-inflammatory effects on TNB or dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced colitis. Because the DSS-induced morphological changes in mouse colitis are very similar to the clinical signs of human ulcerative colitis (UC), this type of mouse colitis is a good model for studying human UC. In order to elucidate which crude drugs in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction have anti-inflammatory effects, the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the symptoms of DSS-induced murine colitis were studied, including Coptidis Rhizoma, Astragalus membranaceus, Phellodendron amurense, and Gardenia jasminoides.
