近年来,湖南省常德市委、市政府提出“新常德、新创业”发展战略,积极鼓励打造创业新城,实现每个创业者的创业梦。常德市劳动就业服务管理处作为全市主抓就业创业服务工作的部门,积极响应市委、市政府决策部署,抢抓机遇、顺势而为,坚持把扶持创业作为促就业的主抓手,大力实施“三个三”创业工程,突出抓好“创业环境、创业载体和创业培训”三个重点,创业带动就业工作取得明显成效。
In recent years, the municipal government of Changde, Hunan Province, proposed the development strategy of “new Changde and new venture” and actively encouraged the establishment of venture capital and the entrepreneurial dream of every entrepreneur.
