Zhang Mingchang, director of the People’s Armed Forces Department of Du Longzhen in Ma’guan County, Yunnan Province, fought 25 spring and fall battles on the People-and-Armed Forces front and won the third-class work three times and was awarded as Outstanding Children of Border Areas in the People’s Republic of China.
