(一)概况: 建国50年来,在党和国家的关怀、支持和一系列方针政策的指导下,我国造纸工业有了飞速发展。1998年,全国纸及纸板的产量预计达2,800万t,是1949年10.8万t的259.26倍,是改革开放前1978年438.7万t的6.38倍。在改革开放的20年中,全国纸及纸板生产量年均增长121万t,年均递增10.1％,比同期世界平均递增率高出6.7％。1993～1998年,我国纸和纸板的年产量(未包括台、港、澳的产量)已连
(I) Overview: In the 50 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, under the guidance of the party’s and the nation’s care and support and a series of principles and policies, China’s paper industry has developed rapidly. In 1998, the production of paper and paperboard was expected to reach 28 million tons, which was 259.26 times that of 108,000 tons in 1949. It was 6.38 times that of 4.387 million tons in 1978 before the reform and opening up. During the 20 years of reform and opening up, the country’s production of paper and paperboard has increased by an average of 1.21 million tons per year, an average annual increase of 10.1%, and a 6.7% increase over the world average.
