通过结扎蒙古沙土鼠一侧颈总动脉,造成急性脑缺血动物模型。采用放射免疫法观察了急性脑缺血时,动物脑内乙酰胆碱(Ach)和胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)的变化。结果表明,急性脑缺血时,缺血侧脑内Ach含量和ChAT的活性均明显降低,而非缺血侧脑内Ach含量和ChAT的活性无明显影响。
By ligating the common carotid artery of Mongolian gerbil, acute cerebral ischemia model was established. Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the changes of acetylcholine (Ach) and choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) in brain during acute cerebral ischemia. The results showed that Ach content and ChAT activity in the ischemic brain were significantly decreased in acute cerebral ischemia, while Ach content and ChAT activity in non-ischemic brain had no significant effect.
