4月21日,由中国商业联合会、中国认证认可协会、中国生产力学会、中国保护消费者基金会等机构联合主办的“售后服务”“品牌评价”两项国家标准宣贯会暨全国商业企业品牌评价活动启动大会在北京钓鱼台国宾馆隆重举行。商务部、国家工商行政管理总局、工业和信息化部、国家认监委等有关部委及中国商业联合会会长张志刚和部分行业协会、大专院校领导、国标起草单位代表,以及110多家大中型企业代表参加了会议。发展现代服务业,关注消费、重视民生是我国十二五规划贯穿始终的重要内容。商务部、质量监督检验检疫总局等有关部委在“十二五”规划中强调要大力发展现代服务业和推行服务认证,推动自主品牌建设,并逐步打造一批国际知名品牌。
