用解析法求出了双层卷焊管定径辊减壁区的轧制压力及芯棒轴向力的解析式。理论值与实测值较相符,为管筒成型质量的在线控制提供了一个简单实用的数学模型。
The analytic formula of the rolling pressure and the mandrel axial force of the double roll pipe sizing roller in the reduction zone was obtained by analytical method. The theoretical value is in good agreement with the measured value, which provides a simple and practical mathematical model for on-line control of tube forming quality.
