军队工资管理体制,是军人工资分配与政策执行的基础和保证,事关军人工资决策的科学性,也直接影响到军人经济权益的有效落实。我国军队工资管理体制经过几十年的改革和演变,形成了中央军委、总部决策,军区以下部队落实的两级工资管理体制。现行体制仍然存在需要改进的地方,需要在国家机关相关部门的工作职责、全军工资工作领导小组的工作机制、军队各级的工作任务等方面进行完善。
The military wage management system is the basis and guarantee for the distribution of wages among military personnel and the implementation of policies. It is also related to the scientific nature of military wage decisions. It also directly affects the effective implementation of military economic rights and interests. After several decades of reform and evolution of the military wage management system in our country, a two-level wage management system has been established for the decision-making by the Central Military Commission and the headquarters and by units under the military region. The existing system still needs to be improved. It needs to be improved in the work responsibilities of the relevant departments of the state organs, the working mechanism of the leading group for wage work in the entire army and the tasks at all levels of the armed forces.
