汽车后桥螺旋主动齿轮品种繁多,结构各不相同。图1所示结构,要求以齿的大端面定图1图2铣齿夹具1.夹具体2.弹簧夹头3.锥套位设计铣齿夹具。由于工件定位直径D2与齿轮齿根大端直径D1相同,所以设计夹具的夹具体上必须留铣出刀槽(图2)。出刀槽的长度取决于铣齿刀盘的直径。
