FTY2500永磁电机主轴的内圆柱孔与两端外圆同心度要求为0.025mm。采用以工件外圆定位装于外圆磨床的卡盘上进行校正的方法,显然是达不到同心度精度的要求。为解决这一生产难题我们自制一种V型定位夹具见附图,在万能磨床上磨削加工电机主轴的内圆柱孔与两端外圆,其同心度可以达到0.025mm以上,完全符合设计要求。 具体操作工艺是: (1)先将工件有中心孔的一端顶在床头不能调整的死顶尖上,另一端则将精磨好的外圆支承在V型铁块上,再将装有弹簧装置的压紧卡板把工件压紧,以防止在磨削加工过程中产生轴向和径向跳动。 (2)在磨削前,首先要调整夹具,把工件在万能磨床上先用前后顶尖顶着,然后把可调整的V型铁块的两工作面与工件外圆接触并固定,再松开后顶尖检查
