构建社会主义和谐社会,是中国共产党四中全会提出的重大社会建设任务。这是一个在冷静分析国内外形势基础上作出的具有时代性、前瞻性和战略性的重大决策。正确理解和研究社会主义和谐社会的基本特征,是构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要理论和实践课题。本文从民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处六个方面来阐述社会主义和谐社会的基本特征。
Building a socialist harmonious society is a major social construction task put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China. This is a momentous, forward-looking and strategic major decision-making made on the basis of calm analysis of the situation at home and abroad. Correctly understanding and studying the basic characteristics of a socialist harmonious society is an important theoretical and practical issue in building a harmonious socialist society. This article elaborates the basic characteristics of a socialist harmonious society from the aspects of democracy and the rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vitality, stability and order, and harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
