1 病例介绍男 ,47岁。 2年前出现低热盗汗 ,颈部、腋下及腹股沟淋巴结肿大。穿刺活检诊为非何杰金氏淋巴瘤ＩＶ期。胸片示右肺中叶肿块。放疗化疗后全身肿大淋巴结消失 ,右肺肿块仍在。近 2 0ｄ出现低热乏力 ,来我院做ＣＴ检查。ＣＴ所见 (图 1～ 3 ) :ＣＴ扫描定位图示右心旁
1 case description Male, 47 years old. 2 years ago, low fever night sweats, neck, underarm and inguinal lymph nodes. Biopsy diagnosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage IV. Chest radiograph showed right middle lobe mass. Radiotherapy chemotherapy after the enlarged lymph nodes disappear, the right lung mass is still.
