我县共有中、小学540所(其中高中12所、初中69所),在校学生达十一万五千四百余人。目前,有专职体育教师139人,而从体育院校毕业的专职教师仅37人,他们分布在全县26所高,初中和5所小学里。全县除11所学校有2名以上的专职体育教师外,绝大多数学校都只有1名专职或几名兼职体育教师。由于专职师资缺额较大、质量不高,而且多数处于“单干户”状态,平时又缺乏业务上的交流,因此,导致一些教师在工作和教学中,不同程度地存在着自满、自傲和自卑的思想情绪,对自己工作和教学中的优缺
A total of 540 primary and secondary schools in my county (including 12 high schools and 69 junior high schools) have enrolled over 115,400 students in schools. Currently, there are 139 full-time physical education teachers, and only 37 full-time teachers graduated from PE institutes. They are located in 26 high, middle schools and 5 primary schools throughout the county.
