采用金相、X光及维氏硬度等方法对Ti-10Mo-8V-1Fe-3.5Al合金的时效过程进行了研究,给出了850℃(β区)淬火所获得的过冷β固溶体开始分解的C曲线,研究了不同时效温度下α相开始析出的组织特征、亚稳定β相分解过程及相组织结构对机械性能(σ_b、H_v和δ)的影响,并与700℃(α+β区)淬火进行了比较。
The aging process of Ti-10Mo-8V-1Fe-3.5Al alloy was investigated by means of metallography, X-ray and Vickers hardness. The results show that the over-cooled β solid solution obtained by quenching at 850 ℃ The C-curve of the α-β phase at 700 ℃ (α + β region) and the microstructure of the α-phase precipitated at different aging temperatures were investigated. ) Quenching were compared.
