1948年5月19日上午,上海南京路慈淑大楼中国国货公司二楼艺苑画厅,锣鼓喧天,人头攒动,热闹非凡。原来交通部邮政总局邮票展览会正式开幕了。这次展览会是由上海邮政管理局主办,中国集邮团体——新光邮票会协办的国邮展览会。古今并列,五彩缤纷。其内容则人像、风景、飞禽走兽,无不具备。一部我国邮政史,恍在眼前。所陈列邮票,共计三百余框,自海关大龙票起至近期发行之国邮,全在收罗之列。清末至民国的历史,均由小小的邮票显示。 这次邮展是邮政总局继邮政纪念日在南京举行邮展以后举行的第二次邮票展览会。上一次邮展在南京举行时,观众如潮,盛极一时。邮政总局为提高人们对
