目的研究有效的心理健康教育干预措施。方法通过UPI,SCL-90和STAI的测查,比较某军医大学02级、03级、04级学员的心理健康状况;对04级学员进行心理健康教育措施干预后的追踪调查。结果在有效的心理健康教育干预措施影响下,04级学员心理健康水平正逐步得到提高,尤其是在半年后。结论目前已构建的心理健康教育措施体系能有效提高军医大学生心理健康水平。
Objective To study effective mental health education interventions. Methods The mental health status of students at grade 02, grade 03 and grade 04 in a military medical university was compared by UPI, SCL-90 and STAI. The follow-up investigation was conducted after the intervention of psychological health education for grade 04 students. Results Under the influence of effective mental health education interventions, the mental health of Grade 04 students is gradually improved, especially after six months. Conclusion The mental health education measures system that has been constructed so far can effectively improve the mental health of military medical students.
