在当代社会管理是一项复杂的工作,社会转型带来的社会阶层的多样化,为社会管理带来了新的挑战,传统的单一的行政治理社会模式很难解决好社会发展中遇见的诸多问题。通过综合治理可以提高现有社会体系的运转效率,便于突破以往社会管理工作大家都在管,但管理效果甚微的局面。通过综合治理可以增强各个治理主体的联动性,改变以往社会管理中管理者的单打独斗的局面,可以最大限度的集中人力、物力去解决社会运行过程中遇到的诸多难题。
Management in contemporary society is a complicated task. The diversification of social strata brought about by social transformation has brought new challenges to social management. The traditional social model of administrative administration is very difficult to solve many problems encountered in social development problem. Through comprehensive management, the operational efficiency of the existing social system can be improved, and it is easy to break through the situation where everyone in the past has managed the social management work, but the management has little effect. Through comprehensive management, the linkage between various governance entities can be enhanced, and the managers in the past in social management can be changed alone to maximize the manpower and material resources to solve many problems encountered in the social operation.
