我国是人民当家做主的社会主义国家,国家的所有政策都是为了保障人民的利益,人民有监管国家政策实施的权利。社保资金是促进我国国民经济发展和进行社会保障的重要保障和物质基础,这是关乎我国社会稳定发展的基础。保障社保资金利用得当,这是我国一项很值得研究与探讨的命题,是促进社会发展的一种手段。为了使社保资金得到更加合理的利用,对其进行监管就显得尤其重要。笔者将从财管部门出发对社保资金的内部监管进行探讨与研究。
Our country is a socialist country where the people are the masters of the country. All the country’s policies are aimed at safeguarding the interests of the people and the people have the power to supervise the implementation of state policies. Social security funds are an important guarantee and material foundation for promoting the development of national economy and social security in our country. This is the basis for the steady development of our society. Ensuring the proper use of social security funds is a proposition worthy of study and discussion in our country and a means of promoting social development. In order to make social security funds more reasonable use of its regulation is particularly important. The author will start from the financial sector to investigate and study the internal supervision of social security funds.
