经~(60)Co轻度照射(200Rad)之成年CFW小鼠,在接受2×10~8同品系新生早期胸腺细胞及供体新生心肌细胞混悬液腹腔注射后,其对同种半心移植(C57BL CFW)的排异反应明显延缓。新生鼠胸腺细胞组之移植物平均存活期(20.0±1.8天)比对照组(12.9±1.5天)和成年鼠胸腺细胞组(16.2±3.0天)显著延长。提示新生小鼠胸腺细胞对排异反应有抑制作用。 就各种术前处理对移植物存活期影响所作的分析表明,照射对移植物存活期无显著影响,在照射后的5—7天,受鼠免疫系统功能已回复正常水平。而照射联合新生供体心肌细胞注射,则在一定程度上延长移植物的存活期。进一步的分析显示,成年鼠胸腺细胞组移植物的存活期之所以较长,可能是由于受照射联合新生供体心肌细胞注射的影响。
The adult CFW mice irradiated with ~ (60) Co mild irradiation (200Rad) received intraperitoneal injection of 2 × 10 ~ 8 neonatal thymocytes and donor neonatal cardiomyocyte suspension, The rejection of transplants (C57BL CFW) was significantly delayed. The mean graft survival (20.0 ± 1.8 days) in neonatal thymocytes was significantly longer than that in control (12.9 ± 1.5 days) and adult rat thymocytes (16.2 ± 3.0 days). Tip neonatal mouse thymocytes inhibit rejection. Analysis of the effects of various preoperative treatments on graft survival showed that irradiation did not have a significant effect on graft survival, and the immune system function of the recipient mice returned to normal levels 5-7 days after irradiation. However, irradiation combined with newborn donor cardiomyocytes injected, to a certain extent, prolonged graft survival. Further analysis showed that the longer survival of thymocytes in adult mice may be due to irradiation combined with neonatal cardiomyocyte injection.
